Order Images for Purchase or Licensing

Scran can license most images for personal or commercial use. Full publishing quality is available. You order such images and they are supplied as a direct download.

Where do I Order?

The Order Image(s) button appears in the third column [as shown in the graphic to the right] when you look at a record.  

How to Start

  • First, use the search box at the top of this screen to find your image.
  • Next, click through the search results until you have one image.

Order a Single Image

  • Click the Image Order button in the right column of the record [On the Full View for subscribers, it is under the image]

Order Multiple Images

  • Either Repeat the single image order process
  • Or gather a set of Scran IDs and copy & paste the list into the order form that opens after you click Order Image for the first image

What happens next?

  • A licence and quotation is sent to you by email
  • Go to the website quoted to accept licence and pay.
  • The speed of delivery is solely dictated by how quickly you accept the licence.

Fees & Royalties

There is a minimum charge of £10 excluding VAT [purchase tax] to cover supply. Royalties vary according to your intended use and so the total payable may be more. Your licence only becomes active on payment.

We can supply by CD-ROM with a minimum charge of £25.

Payment

  • For one-off or occasional purchasers, payment is collected by credit or debit card at the point of download
  • For long term clients, we can set up an invoicing arrangement

Images remain the property of the owner. You are legally bound by the terms of the issued licence.  To use the image for a further purpose, you must contact Scran again.
