We will strive to minimise the information we collect in all cases. Scran does not store any details about your credit or debit cards ever.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing Neil Fraser. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Security Policy

Scran's site is secured by a hardware Firewall. Your information is stored behind this to ensure confidentiality. The database system is password protected and only staff associated with the processing of your information may access the system.

In the shop, customer's purchase details are processed directly by the Royal Bank of Scotland Streamline System using an SSL+ (Secure Socket Layer) Level 3 system and TLS (Transport Layer Security).

Scran does not store any details about your credit or debit cards ever.
