Use Flash in Daylight to Avoid Harsh Shadows On sunny days, portraits can suffer from harsh shadows. By
switching on the flash, you can 'fill-in' these shadows to give a more
even light. With manual cameras you should calculate the appropriate
exposure to avoid overexposure. Flash can be used outside on dull days
as a way of distinguishing the subject from the surroundings. |
