Also because of the conditions in which the funicular can operate, the reliability of skiing at Cairngorm has been substantially improved. On top of this, by reducing waiting times by half, the funicular has made a huge positive impact on the quality of service now being offered to our ski customers. All in all, from construction to management the environment has had the highest priority and we are proud to say the funicular has achieved a balance between visitor access, recreation and conservation. |
