Notice for Scran Contributors

Following the launch of trove.scot in February 2025 we are now planning the retiral of some of our webservices.
Scran will be switched off on 24th June 2025.

Scran planned outage happening Tuesday 23rd March

Software and hardware upgrades at the University of Edinburgh mean that Scran will be unavailable for a short period on Tuesday 23rd March.  The work is anticipated to begin at 7am GMT and take no more than two hours.
