[0629] The Scott Monument: A Virtual Tour
A look at all aspects of the history of the monument from the life of Sir Walter Scott, the architect George Meikle Kemp and the design and build of the structure, through to contemporary images from the City Art Centre Fine Art Collection. Recent images from the photogrammetric study of the exterior during the 1998-1999 restoration and panoramic views of Edinburgh from the top, 200ft above the city, are also included.
